Veterinarian

Dr. Kyrollos Hana is a licensed veterinarian and zookeeper born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. Upon graduating from Zagazig University’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010, he worked for five years in animal shelter medicine with the Society for the Protection of Animal Rights in Cairo. He and his wife moved to the states in 2016, where he obtained his U.S. veterinary medicine licensing.
In addition to his deep expertise in both emergency and internal medicine, Dr. Hana is a member of the American Association of Zookeepers and spent two years caring for rare and endangered species at The Jackson Zoological Park in Mississippi. In 2021, he began serving as the medical director of Animal Care Clinic, Inc. just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. From there, Dr. Hana and his family moved to Atlanta, GA to help expand ReadiVet’s reach across the city.
Dr. Hana enjoys the relationships he builds with pet parents, especially educating young family members in learning how to help their furry siblings thrive! In his off time, Dr. Hana loves traveling and exploring nature, photography, hiking, drawing, and spending time with his wife, son, and their pets.

Dr. Hana worked as Zookeeper before becoming a veterinarian in the U.S. and adores baby lemurs. Both of his pets are from Egypt, too!
